121. ACQUISITION OF A DRAINAGE BASIN LOCATED IN UNINCORPORATED MARICOPA COUNTY AT 62ND STREET AND UNIVERSITY DRIVE, MESA Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3603(C)(5) and § 42-18303 (E), approve making an offer to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to purchase a tax deeded parcel know as Assessor’s Parcel Number 141-63-884 and authorize the Chairman to sign and execute all documents related to this action. The parcel is adjacent to the University Drive Basin that is owned and operated by the Flood Control District as approved by Board Resolution 1992R002. The parcel of approximately 1.26 acres will be integrated into the adjacent 9.23-acre University Drive Basin project for District operations and maintenance.
