IGA WITH THE CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR THE DOWNTOWN STORM DRAIN PROJECT PHASES 4 AND 5 Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD 2022A012 for the Litchfield Park Downtown Storm Drain Project Phases 4 and 5 (Project) between the City of Litchfield Park (City) and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District). The estimated tota l Project cost is $5,247,500. The District’s estimated share of the Project cost is $3,410,875 and the City’s estimated share of the Project cost is $1,836,625. This Agreement is for the Construction, Construction Management, and Operation and Maintenance of the Project, and shall become effective as of the date it has been executed by all PROJECT PARTNERS and shall expire ten years from that date, or upon completion of these Project activities, whichever occurs first.
