99. ON-CALL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ENTELLUS, INC FOR CENTRAL MESA FLOODPLAIN DELINEATION STUDY Award Contract FCD 2022C010 On-Call Services to Entellus, Inc. (Consultant) to provide professional engineering services for the development of a hydraulic model to evaluate the floodplains in Central Mesa for possible updates to the floodplain as a part of the On-Call Central Mesa Floodplain Delineation Study (Contract FCD 2022C010). The estimated contract price is $500,000.00. The contract will be effective for 730 calendar days, from the date of the Notice to Proceed to Final Completion with possible extensions. The Flood Control District of Maricopa Country (District) and Consultant will mutually agree to a detailed scope of work for each work assignment. This is a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504 and Article 5 Procurement Procedures Manual, Chapter II – Section 2. Floodplains were identified in previous studies, such as the Eastern Canal FDS, the Consolidated Canal FDS and the Upper Roosevelt Water Conservation District Canal FDS. 75. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES Approve Amendment 1 to IGA 2020A026 with the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) for the sharing of interferometric synthetic-aperture radar (InSAR) data used in land subsidence and earth fissure monitoring at Flood Control District-managed dams. The proposed amendment provides a time extension of 5 years from December 2025 to December 2030 and changes the annual cost of the agreement from $27,000 to $30,000 due to rising computing costs. This Agenda Item impacts all Supervisorial Districts. (C-69-23-037-X-01)
