ACQUISITION OF A TAX DEEDED PARCEL FOR FLOOD CONTROL PURPOSES Pursuant to A.R.S. § 48-3603(C) and § 42-18303 (E), approve and authorize submittal of an offer to the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office to purchase a tax deeded parcel known as Assessor’s Parcel Number 304-30-013B and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents related to this action.
