86. IGA FOR ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES NON-APPLICATION TECHNICAL REVIEW SERVICES AND REGULATORY INPUT Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) FCD2023A007 for Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) Non-Application Technical Review Services and Regulatory Input on Non-application Related Activities between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and the Department. The District agrees to pay $110.00 per labor-hour based on actual labor-hours worked (invoiced quarterly) not to exceed $300,000.00 per District fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th) for costs incurred by ADWR in providing the detailed non-application technical reviews and regulatory input by qualified ADWR staff under each year of this agreement from September 27, 2023, through June 30, 2028. Non-application technical reviews and regulatory input provided by ADWR to the District includes investigations and design documents for District Dam; Rehabilitation, Modifications, Alterations, Replacement and Repair Projects as applicable to all District ADWR Jurisdictional Dams and related features; Right-of-Way Use Permits by others for District Dams and related features; District Emergency Action Plans and related documents; all other ADWR activities for District Dam as needed to meet the purpose of this agreement with the exception of ADWR permitted construction for District Dams and related features and with the exception of ADWR annual dam safety inspections of District Dams. This Agenda Item impacts all Supervisorial Districts. (C-69-24-012-X-00)
