ESCROW AGREEMENT FOR THE RELEASE AND TERMINATION OF FLOODWAY FRINGE EASEMENT – THREE RIVERS RANCH The Flood Control District requests the Board of Directors (i) approve the termination of portions the Floodway Fringe Flowage easement obtained by Final Order of Condemnation recorded as 1993-0410818 and; (ii) authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute the Escrow Agreement and the Release and Termination of Easement and such other documents as may be necessary to complete this transaction pursuant to Resolution FCD 1999R016. The original easement states that it shall be relinquished if the property is otherwise protected. Parcel information: 1. West of S. Dysart Rd. and North of W. Southern Ave. 2. Portions of Flood Control District Easement Parcels: A13200-FR & A-14004-FR 3. 7,303,269 SQUARE FEET +/- or 167.66 ACRES +/- 4.
