74. JOB ORDER CONTRACTS FOR THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT Approve and award a Job Order Contract between the Flood Control District of Maricopa County and: CS Construction Inc., Haydon Companies LLC, Ames Construction, Rummel Construction Inc., FPS Civil LLC, Cactus Asphalt and Nesbitt Contracting Co. for a total of 8 job order contracts with a contract amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00 per year for a five-year term per contract ($40,000,000.00 in total per five-year contract). This is a qualifications-based selection in accordance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, Paragraph 504, Section G and Article 5 Procurement Procedures Manual, Chapter V. The county issued a public notice on December 21, 2023, seeking experienced contractors to perform the following scopes of work: concrete, earthwork, storm drain, and surface treatment for the Flood Control District of Maricopa County. Utilizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery methods. The awarded contractor shall perform repair modification, construction, and associated work through contracted on-call work assignments. This item impacts all Supervisorial Districts.
