DECLARE/SELL EXCESS PARCEL-DISTRICT PROJECT – NEW RIVER FLOODPLAIN MITIGATION Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District (District) requests the Board of Directors declare eleven (11) parcels as excess to the needs of the District. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature at the time of sale. Parcel information: 1. Parcels Zoned – RU-43, Maricopa County, AZ These items are located in Supervisory District #3. The District utilizes its Disposition Program on all excess properties to evaluate them for the best potential of sales or leasing, depending on current market information. PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTS FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FCD R-7222-108EX (Supervisorial District: 3) Approve and execute purchase agreement and conveyance documents and all other documents approved by legal counsel require to complete the transaction. Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603(I), the Flood Control District (District) requests the Board of Directors approve the sale of FCD Parcel R-7222-108EX (APN 202-06-025) and authorize the Chair to execute a deed by and between Flood Control District of Maricopa County as Seller, and Quik Trucking LLC, as Buyer, and authorize the Chair to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required to dispose of/transfer the property without further Board action. This District property was purchased as part of the Flood Control District of Maricopa County’s New River Floodplain Mitigation Project and was declared excess to the needs of the District by the Board of Directors on May 8, 2024 (C-69-24-068-X-00). On September 24, 2025, District parcel R-7222-108EX was appraised at a value of $45,000.00. On January 15, 2026, the Maricopa County Real Estate Department held a public auction for District parcels R-7222-108EX that resulted in a winning bid of 45,000.00. (C-69-26-027-X-00)
