117. CHANGE ORDER TO ARCHER WESTERN COMPANY FOR THE MCMICKEN DAM PHASE 1 PROJECT Approve Change Order No. 10 to Archer Western Co. (AWC) FCD 2018C012 for the construction services of McMicken Dam Phase 1 Project. Change Order No. 10 adds funds in the amount of $1,395,409.36 to the existing contract increasing the value of the contract to $23,214,639.25. The additional funds are required to compensate AWC for time delays associated with filter sand, drain rock, and concrete features of the project. No additional time is needed for this contract. This item impacts Supervisorial District 4. (C-69-25-015-X-00)
