DECLARE/SELL EXCESS PARCEL - FCD P-5804-EX, P-5805-EX, H-2642-EX03, P-5806-EX03 Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603(I), the Flood Control District requests that the Board of Directors approve a 90-day escrow extension for the sale of FCD Parcels P-5804-EX, P-5805-EX, H-2642-EX03, P-5806-EX03, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute the Addendum to the Purchase Agreement with AroundTown Stone Butte LLC.
