DECLARE-SELL EXCESS PARCEL - FCD T-1181F Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-3603, the Flood Control District (District) requests that the Board of Directors declare one (1) parcel, FCD parcel T-1181F (APN 506-28-041), as excess to the needs of the District. Conveyance documents for the sale of the parcel will be presented to the District Board of Directors for acceptance and signature following a successful auction. Upon formal excess declaration on behalf of the District, the Real Estate Department (RED) will offer the property for sale at public auction with the minimum bid set at market value, as determined by an appraisal.
