DELEGATION OF FLOODPLAIN REGULATORY SERVICES CONCERNING ASSESSOR PARCEL 501-55-007D (Supervisory District No. 4) Approve agreement 2026A002 with the City of Glendale for the delegation of floodplain regulatory services for assessor parcel 501-55-007D. This agreement is at the request of the property owner, with the concurrence of the City of Glendale, to accept such delegation of these services. This agreement will provide relief to the parcel owner, allowing them to design/develop sand and gravel operations across the subject parcel and its adjacent parcels within the jurisdiction of the City of Glendale. The term of this agreement shall be five (5) years (“Term”), commencing on the date of signature by all parties. This subject parcel for this agreement is located in District 4. (C-69-26-022-X-00)
