EL PASO NATURAL GAS COMPANY TEMPORARY WORKSPACE AND ACCESS AGREEMENT (Supervisorial District: 4) Approve and execute a Temporary Workspace and Access Agreement for El Paso Natural Gas Company to use a portion of Flood Control District owned parcels APN(s): 142,60-005C, 142-60-005M, and 142-60-003P for a temporary workspace for the sole purpose of accessing equipment during the scheduled pipeline relocation related to Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Northen Parkway project.
