37. AMENDMENT TO JOINT USE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR ADOBE DAM FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT Approve Amendment Four to the Joint Use Agreement between Maricopa County Flood Control District (C-69-99-091-0-02) and Maricopa County and, acting through its Parks and Recreation Department (C-30-06-033-2-01), to include two additional parcels to the recreational area of Adobe Dam Flood Control Project (Adobe Dam Regional Park). Approve the amendment to the Joint Use Agreement to include M-1 and M-2 to the recreational area of the Adobe Dam Flood Control Project as shown in the original agreement, with ownership of M-1 and M-2 remaining with District. The activities for this concession will be located in Supervisory Districts No. 3. (C-30-06-033-2-01)

F-2. Approve the amendment to the Joint Use Agreement to include M-1 and M-2 to the recreational area of the Adobe Dam Flood Control Project, with ownership of M-1 and M-2 remaining with District.
