TERMINATION OF IGA WITH THE TOWN OF BUCKEYE Authorize termination of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) G-30105, which was originally approved under C-70-00-106-2-01, with the Town of Buckeye to allow Maricopa County‘s use of the Town of Buckeye’s court facilities and authorize the Maricopa County Real Estate Services staff to transmit a termination notice to the Town of Buckeye of IGA G-30105.
