48. CANCELLATION OF PROCUREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGENCY OFFICE BUILDING Approve cancellation of the procurement for the Construction Manager at Risk for the Regional Development Services Agency Office Building (Project No. 3324-09-414). This project would have been located in District 5. This project and its funding were approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 17, 2008. Due to a decrease in revenues of the departments designated as occupants for the facility, it is now reasonable and prudent to cancel the project at this time. This item was heard in Executive Session on November 6, 2008. (C-70-09-012-5-01)
