45. TRADE-IN OF 2120 ANALYZER Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, D.3., approve to trade-in one 2120 Analyzer, County Asset # F0108212 to Emerson Process Management for a credit of $7,950.00 towards the purchase of a new model. The 2120 Analyzer is outdated and can no longer be supported by the manufacturer. The purchase price of the new model, A2130A2-TU22 Analyzer, is $22,668, less the trade-in value. The Maricopa County Procurement Code provides that surplus materials may be disposed of by trade-in with the approval of the Board of Supervisors. The Facilities Management Department has one model 2120 (SN 20023530) analyzer that is used in performing Predictive Maintenance on high demand building systems. The trade in will be applied towards the purchase of the new analyzer with a cost of $22,668, resulting in a balance of $14,718, which will be absorbed within the Facilities Management Operating Budget.
