53. MARICOPA DOWNTOWN COURT TOWER ENGRAVING INSTRUCTIONS 1) Approve the name to be engraved on the Maricopa Downtown Court Tower to be: “Superior Court Maricopa County” as depicted on the attached rendering. The Facilities Review Committee and the Court Tower Oversight Committee have reviewed the name and have made the recommendation for approval. This facility is located in District 5. 2) Approve the following quote by Alexander Hamilton to be engraved within the facade of the building, as depicted in the attached rendering: "THE FIRST DUTY OF SOCIETY IS JUSTICE" County policy states that the Board of Supervisors shall approve the naming of all County buildings. The Court Tower Team has worked with the Court Tower Oversight Committee and the Facilities Review Committee on this item and all support the naming and the approval of the quotes. (C-70-10-004-M-00)
