66. GMP #5 TO CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR THE OET NETWORK FACILITIES UPGRADES PHASE II PROJECT – SECURITY BUILDING Approve a Contract between Caliente Construction Inc. and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,297,726.00. The purpose of this Contract is to construct improvements to one facility in support of the Office of Enterprise Technology Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project (MC-A-11-1390). This Contract is effective from April 16, 2012 until August 17, 2012. The facility to be included in this portion of the OET Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project is: - 4137 Security Building (C-70-12-006-3-00)
