65. AMENDMENT TO FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND FUND TRANSFER In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2012 Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Program: a) Reduce the budget and expenditure authority for FY2012 in the Public Works (910) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) Transportation Administration (TADM) by $106,234. b) Increase the budget and expenditure authority for FY 2012 in the Public Works (910) Transportation Capital Project Fund (234) Energy Conservation Project (ESCO) by $106,234 from $131,956 to $238,190. This is for the reconciliation of FY 2011 expenditures. The project total in Fund 234 remains $1,081,192. c) Reduce the budget and expenditure authority for FY2012 in the Non Departmental (470) Detention Capital Projects Fund (455) Project Reserve (PRSA) by $1,168,704 from $52,139,825 to $50,971,121. d) Increase the budget and expenditure authority for FY 2012 in the Non Departmental (470) Detention Capital Projects Fund (455) Energy Conservation Project (ESCO) by $1,168,704 from $5,342,176 to $6,510,880. This is for the reconciliation of FY 2011 expenditures. The project total in Fund 455 remains $13,971,597. These actions do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-70-12-008-2-00)
