46. AMENDMENT TO FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2013 Non-Departmental (470) General County Improvement Fund (445) Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Program: a) Approve the continuation of the Old Courthouse project and increase the budget in the Old Courthouse Remodel (OCHR) project in the amount of $179,000 to complete the project which did not conclude in FY2012 as anticipated. b) Reduce the expenditure authority in Project Reserve (PRSA) in the amount of $179,000 from $214,783 to $35,783. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero. These actions do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. The project was delayed at the end of fiscal year 2012 due to the unavailability of reconstructed doors. (C-70-13-002-2-00)
