33. FUND TRANSFER AMENDMENT TO FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN a) Authorize and approve a non-recurring fund transfer of $1,074,092 from the General Fund (100) to the General Fund County Improvement Fund (445). In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the Non Departmental (470) FY 2013 budget: b) Decrease the expenditure authority for the General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by $1,074,092; c) Increase the expenditure authority in the General Fund Non Recurring Non Project (100) Infrastructure CIP Transfers Out (4713) by $1,074,092; d) Increase the General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Non-Recurring Non-Project (0001) revenue appropriation in the amount of $1,074,092; and e) Increase the budget and expenditure authority for the East Court Improvement Project (ECIM) from by $1,074,092 from $3,587,500 to $4,661,592. The fund transfer requires offsetting expenditure and revenue adjustments in Eliminations (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the Facilities Management Department to perform abatement, demolition and re-fireproofing of Floors 6-9 of the East Court Building in preparation for future tenant improvements.
