A-1. ONE TIME CONTINGENCY REQUEST In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by $175,000 and increase the expenditure authority in the Facilities Management (700) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) by $175,000 in FY 2014. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R. S. 42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the Facilities Management Department to engage outside counsel for the Alternative Dispute Resolution process according to contract. (C-70-14-003-M-00)
