20. MARICOPA COUNTY SOUTH COURT TOWER SETTLEMENT Approve a settlement agreement and release between Maricopa County and Gilbane Building Company. This agreement, effective after Board approval and at the date of the later executed signature, settles the remaining construction dispute issues in response to the neutral evaluator’s opinion and prior to binding arbitration. Maricopa County will pay Gilbane $805,000 in satisfaction of all claims for payment concerning the Court Tower project. This matter was considered in Executive Session March 9, 2015.
