FIRST AMENDMENT TO GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH FCI HOLDINGS, LLC (Supervisory District No. 3) Approve and execute First Amendment to ground lease with FCI Holdings, LLC to continue operating and maintaining a Maricopa County wireless communication facility in the vicinity of 2525 W. Table Mesa Road, New River, AZ. Also authorize the Director of the County’s Wireless Communication Services Department or the Director of the Real Estate Department to execute documents associated with the implementation and administration of this lease.
