51. AUTHORIZE APPLICATION TO INSITE TOWERS, LLC FOR CO-LOCATION AT INSITE’S SITE IN FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA Approve application submittal to InSite Towers, LLC, for obtaining authorization to establish a Maricopa County wireless communication facility at InSite’s Fountain Hills site. Also, authorize the County’s Director of Wireless Communication Services Senior Manager of the County’s Wireless Radio Department to execute and process the subject application documents on behalf of Maricopa County. As part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project, the subject applications with InSite Towers, LLC is the first step in establishing the County’s right to develop a wireless communications facility in Fountain Hills. The application process may require the County to pay for costs incurred as part of research, appraisals, studies, plan review, document preparation, meetings, inspections, and other costs associated with processing the subject application.
