33. MASTER IGA WITH FORT MCDOWELL YAVAPAI NATION FOR SHARING COMMUNICATION SITES Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a Master Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) G-30185 with the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation to allow each party the right to co-locate at the other party’s communication facilities. This Master IGA establishes the general guidelines that will allow both Maricopa County and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation to install and operate communication equipment at the other party’s communication sites for public safety and government related purposes. The term of the agreement will be one (1) year and automatically renewed for nine (9) one (1) year periods unless canceled by either party upon at least six (6) month written notice prior to the expiration date of the agreement. A site specific license agreement will be established between the parties for each specific site that is utilized under this master IGA. The costs associated with the co-location will be borne by the benefiting party. (C-70-16-005-M-00)
