28. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH SPRAY SYSTEMS FOR WEST COURT FIRE PROOFING IMPROVEMENTS Approve a Competition Impracticable procurement with Spray Systems in the amount of $652,500.00 to abate and reapply fireproofing in a West Court Building air shaft. All other terms and conditions are in accordance with Bid Serial 13134. Spray Systems completed the initial project survey on January 22, 2015. In completing the initial survey the vendor has acquired unique and relevant knowledge of the jobsite working conditions. (C-70-16-006-M-00)
