53. AMENDMENT TO GRANTOR AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR FOOD AND VENDING SERVICE AT VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES Approve and execute the 3rd Amendment to add Attachment 2 to the Grantor Agreement with Arizona Department of Economic Security for Food and Vending Service at various county facilities. Pursuant to Section 4.0 Amendments or Modification, the Agreement is revised to add Attachment 2. Section 8.4.2 is revised as follows: Maricopa County, 225 W. Madison, Phoenix, AZ 85003 Section 22.0 Attachments is revised as follows: Attachment 2 Maricopa County Specific Grantor Requirements is added. (C-70-16-008-3-03)
