64. TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR GILA BEND AUXILIARY AIR FIELD Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Temporary Right of Entry with the Secretary of the Air Force acting through the duly delegated official for Maricopa County to enter upon property at the Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Field in connection with the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. This Temporary Right of Entry will be effective from 7:00am on November 2, 2015, through 5:00pm on November 1, 2016. There is no cost to the County for this Temporary Right of Entry.
