These actions will have a County-wide impact of zero. In the event of a major disaster, the Emergency Operations Center operates as a statewide hub for multiple government agencies, and therefore needs to be self-sustaining for 30 days, including supplies of water and fuel. The two existing onsite buried 10,000-gallon drinking water tanks were originally installed in the 1950s and are now severely rusted. Both tanks need to be replaced. (C-70-16-012-M-00)
