34. SURPLUS FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT Approve request in accordance with A.R.S. §11-251.09 to declare the attached list of property as surplus and authorize its sale to the highest responsive and responsible bidder. The Change of Venue was closed with the cancellation of the Compass/Eurest contract. It has been determined the highest and best use of the space is not as food service operation. Similarly the kitchen at the Southeast Campus Courts Facility was closed some time ago and converted to an Avanti Market Place. Therefore the existing kitchen equipment at both locations is no longer needed. The successful bidder will be required to professionally remove the equipment items listed and provide other related services such as capping electrical and gas connections. (C-70-16-015-M-00)
