65. RIGHT OF WAY, PUBLIC UTILITY AND PUBLIC TRAIL DEDICATIONS TO CITY OF AVONDALE (SOUTHWEST JUSTICE CENTER) Pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251.9, approve right-of-way dedications, a public utility dedication, and a flood control public trail dedication to the City of Avondale; and authorize the Chairman to execute all City of Avondale dedication documents approved by County counsel. These easements are required as part of the County’s planned improvements to the Southwest Justice Center located at 103rd Avenue and west Van Buren Street in the City of Avondale.
