48. LEASE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA STATE LAND DEPARTMENT FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY Approve ground lease L-7463 with Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), for a wireless communication facility site at Little Picacho (Maricopa Road east of Gila Bend). Also, authorize the chairman to execute the lease agreement, and associated documents, on behalf of Maricopa County. As part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project, the subject ground lease with the ASLD will allow the county to develop a wireless communications facility at Little Picacho (Maricopa Road east of Gila Bend). As part of the ASLD ground lease, the County will also be required to pay $2,400 annually for the subject site. (C-70-16-019-3-00)
