A-3. DESIGNATE PARKING METERS ON MADISON STREET AS DONATION SITES TO SUPPORT COUNTY PROGRAMS FOR THE HOMELESS All monies received from the parking meters located on County property on the south side of Madison Street between 4th and 5th Avenue will be used to support County provided services for the homeless. The meters will include signs indicating the purpose of the donations. This designation follows a similar program established by the City of Denver. (C-70-16-022-3-00)
