DECLARATION OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT: TRADE-IN OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENTS PLOTTER TO OFFSET COST OF A NEW REPLACEMENT PLOTTER Approve the trade-in of a Hewlett Packard, Designjet 1050C, asset number: 1051, serial number: ESA8C03336 plotter to ARC Document Solutions for the amount of $2,500 which will offset a portion of the cost of a new replacement plotter. The plotter is currently inoperable and the cost of repair exceeds the value of the equipment. FMD uses plotters for the printing of large format architectural and engineering prints.
