43. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH FOOTHILLS COMMUNITY SERVICES / THE BRIDGE, INC. FOR USE OF PARKING LOT Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute revocable License Agreement P-50288 with Foothills Community Services / The Bridge, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (the “Licensee”), for Licensee’s restricted use of the east parking lot at 1206 W. Madison in Phoenix, Arizona, (the “Premises”), and delegate authority to the County Manager’s designee for exercising the County’s early termination rights. The Premises will be used on Sundays to help accommodate the needs of the clientele serviced at the Human Services Campus at 220 S. 12th Avenue in Phoenix. The term of license begins upon execution by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and expires on June 30, 2017, unless terminated early by either party, at will and without cause, as provided for in the agreement. The Licensee will be responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances codes and executive orders. The license fee is waived. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH FOOTHILLS COMMUNITY SERVICES / THE BRIDGE FOR USE OF SPACE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50188 with Foothills Community Services / The Bridge to change the use of the Premises to non-exclusive at 1206 W. Madison Street, Phoenix. This amendment will update use of the premises to non-exclusive. The change will allow the Human Services Campus, Inc. to share use of the Premises for staging building material and supplies. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-70-16-027-3-01)

50. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE BRIDGE, INC. DBA FOOTHILLS COMMUNITY SERVICES Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to License Agreement P-50288 with The Bridge, Inc., dba Foothills Community Services to extend the term at 1206 W. Madison Street, Phoenix, the Men’s Overflow Shelter Parking Lot. This amendment will extend the term of the non-exclusive use Agreement to June 30, 2018. The Agreement may be immediately terminated by either Party upon written notice to the other. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same and in full force and effect.
