46. TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF GILBERT FOR RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT Approve an Agreement between Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, for the purpose of Temporary Right of Entry with the Town of Gilbert for Maricopa County and its agents, employees, consultants and representatives, to enter upon property at the northwest corner of Higley Road and Ocotillo Road (APN 304-70-007C) in connection with the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. This Temporary Right of Entry will be effective for one year from the date signed. There is no cost to the County for this Temporary Right of Entry. (C-70-16-028-3-00)
