45. COMMUNICATION USE LEASE WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY Approve Communication Use Lease AZA-8462 with the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management (BLM), for a wireless communication facility site at Oatman Mountain (northwest of Gila Bend). Also, authorize the chairman to execute the lease agreement, and associated documents, on behalf of Maricopa County. As part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project, the subject lease with the BLM will allow the county to develop an upgraded wireless communications facility at Oatman Mountain (northeast of Gila Bend). The lease term will expire December 9, 2024. (C-70-16-030-1-00)
