SOUTHWEST GAS CORPORATION GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR GILA BEND JUSTICE COURT Approve and authorize the granting of an easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), in consideration of $1.00, to Southwest Gas Corporation (SWG), its successors and assigns for the distribution of natural gas (and for all other purposes connected therewith) in, upon, over, under across through and along the easement parcel, and authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute all necessary documents approved by Counsel to grant such easement. This easement is necessary to allow SWG to replace the existing gas line service to the Gila Bend Justice Court. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. (C-70-16-032-M-00)
