40. AUTHORIZE COLLOCATION APPLICATION WITH COMMNET WIRELESS, LLC FOR CO-LOCATON AT COMMNET’S SITE EAST OF CANYON LAKE Approve collocation application submittal with COMMNET WIRELESS, LLC, for obtaining authorization to establish a Maricopa County wireless communication facility at COMMNETS’s site east of Canyon Lake. Also, authorize the Chairman to execute the subject application on behalf of Maricopa County. As part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project, the subject application with COMMNET WIRELESS, LLC is the first step in establishing the County’s right to develop a wireless communications facility east of Canyon Lake. The application process may require the County to pay for costs incurred as part of research, studies, plan review, document preparation, meetings, inspections, and other costs associated with processing the subject application.
