52. DECLARE PROPERTY EXCESS AND APPROVE SALE TO BUCKEYE AND APPROVE TERMINATION OF IGA Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251, declare parcel APN 400-28-001F as excess; approve the sale of the subject parcel to the City of Buckeye (“Buckeye”) without public auction; approve Amendment No. 1 to terminate an intergovernmental agreement with Buckeye (IGA) and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents associated with the sale/transfer of the subject property to Buckeye and all documents associated with the termination of the IGA. REQUIRES UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. The sale price is $299,927.68 less closing costs. Amendment No. 1 will terminate the IGA that allows Buckeye use of vacant land. (C-70-16-036-3-00)
