80. LAND USE AND CONSTRUCTION PERIOD LICENSE WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY AT WADDELL DAM Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Land Use And Construction Period License For Communication Facilities agreement with Central Arizona Water Conservation District Central Arizona Project (CAP) for the County’s development and operation of a wireless communications facility at Waddell Dam; and authorize the Chairman to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required as part of the CAP license agreement for development and operation of a county wireless communication facility at the subject site. The subject agreement allows the County to develop and operate a wireless communication facility at CAP’s Waddell Dam communication site at Lake Pleasant. The Waddell Dam communication facility is a necessary component in completing the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. (C-70-16-038-3-00)
