79. COMMUNIATIONS USE LEASE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT FOR WHITE TANK EAST FACILITY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Communications Use Lease with the Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the County’s development and operation of a wireless communications facility at the White Tank East communication site; and authorize the Chairman to sign all other documents approved by legal counsel required as part of the BLM lease agreement for development and operation of the a county wireless communication facility at the subject site. The subject agreement allows the County to develop and operate a wireless communication facility at the White Tank East communication site within the White Tank Mountains range. The subject lease agreement will expire on July 11, 2035. The White Tank East communication facility is a necessary component in completing the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project.
