77. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS, INC. FOR USE OF SPACE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute License Agreement P-50292 with The Human Services Campus, Inc., (HSC) use of the Premises at 1206 W. Madison Street, Phoenix, the Men’s Overflow Shelter Parking Lot. This Agreement will allow non-exclusive use of the premises for a lay-down and construction material storage for the duration of the Human Services Campus construction of a new building on their campus. The Agreement will expire July 31, 2017. Either Party may terminate the Agreement immediately with notice to the other. There is no cost to the County. (C-70-17-002-3-00)
