23. AMENDMENT TO EXPENDITURE BUDGETS FOR PROJECTS: WEST COURT IMPROVEMENTS AND LAW LIBRARY RESOURCE CENTER WITH CORRESPONDING FUNDS TRANSFER Approve a fund transfer of $375,000 from the General Fund County Improvements Fund (445) to the Superior Court Building Repair Fund (280). Also, in accordance with ARS 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2016-17 Revised Budget: 1) Decrease the expenditure appropriation for the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements (445) West Court Improvements (WCIM) project by $375,000. The annual project budget will be reduced from $393,564 to $18,564. The total project budget will be reduced from $944,182 to $569,182 as a result of project savings. 2) Increase the expenditure appropriation for the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund County Improvements Fund (445) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) by $375,000 for the fund transfer. 3) Increase the revenue and expenditure appropriation for the Superior Court (D800) Superior Court Building Repair Fund (280) Non-Recurring Non-Project (1001) for the Law Library Resource Center project by $375,000. 4) Approve offsetting decreases to the revenue and expenditures eliminations in the Elimination Department (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount of $375,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105.
