44. MOU WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY AND BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM Approve an MOU between the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), Business Enterprise Program (BEP) and Maricopa County to perform alterations and refurbishments to existing Maricopa County owned facilities. Through this agreement ADES/BEP will reimburse Maricopa County, Facilities Management Department for services and materials to improve or refurbish existing sites required for additional merchandising of business and to improve services provided. This agreement will be used as a template for future projects with ADES/BEP subject to review and approval of the Deputy County Manager, legal counsel and filing of the agreement with the Clerk of the Board. The term of this agreement will be effective on the date of last signature and shall end on November 30, 2021, in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000. (C-70-17-007-M-00)
