88. TRANSFER OF COUNTY OWNED LAND FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, A HIGHWAY USER REVENUE FUND (HURF) ASSET, TO MARICOPA COUNTY Declare real property at the Durango Campus acquired by Maricopa County with HURF funds for use by the Department of Transportation (identified as APN 105-17-003Y and APN 105-17-006 and described on the attached exhibit) as excess for Department of Transportation use . Approve , and authorize the Chairman to execute the required documents to transfer the subject fixed asset, to Maricopa County for the construction of the Intake Transfer Release facility at the Durango campus. Also, authorize the transfer of $5,250,000, the appraised value of the asset, from the Detention Capital Projects Fund (455) to the Transportation Operations Fund (232). Also approve the following adjustments to the FY2017 Maricopa County Budget: a) Increase the revenue appropriation for the Department of Transportation (D640) Transportation Operations Fund (232) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount of $5,250,000; b) Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount of $5,250,000; c) Decrease the Revenue and Expenditure budgets in the Elimination (D980) Elimination Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP).
