AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT Approve and execute the Amended and Restated Revocable License Agreement (Agreement) between Maricopa County (County) and Ken Sheely Ranches Partners (Licensee) for Licensee’s use of County-owned property located at the northwest corner of 103rd Avenue and Van Buren Street in Avondale, Arizona for dust mitigation and farming. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between the parties. The term of the Agreement is for a period of approximately five (5) years, effective when executed by the County through December 31, 2027. Licensee shall pay an annual non-refundable license fee of $850.00. This licensed property is in Supervisorial District 5. (C-70-18-002-M-07)
