39. TRADE-IN OF LARGE FORMAT PLOTTER-SCANNER TO KONICA MINOLTA Pursuant to the Maricopa County Procurement Code, MC1-803, D.3., approve to trade-in a large format plotter-scanner to Konica Minolta. The trade-in credit of $1,300.00 from Konica Minolta will be used to purchase the new model as the existing unit is outdated and in need of replacement. With the trade-in credit of $1,300.00. The net cost to the County is $38,463.95, including applicable taxes. The purchase will require a $275.00 monthly service agreement. Facilities Management determined that a solicitation of quotes was necessary to obtain the best price for the purchase. Facilities Management completed the solicitation of quotes and Konica Minolta was selected as the successful bidder for the equipment. (C-70-18-003-M-00)
